Flavor and authenticity
At the heart of the cuisine of Hotel Domina Parco dello Stelvio, there are three elements: authenticity, localness and seasonality. We love to help you discover the culinary delights of Trentino, so rich in flavor, history and tradition, together with our chef Francesco Fania.
Ours is an environmentally conscious restaurant that adheres to the "Ecoristorazione Trentino" initiative, aimed at incentivizing tourist facilities to make environmentally responsible choices. Our cuisine prefers farm-to-table products from Trentino's short food supply chain and organic foods that respect the earth.
Breakfast
It's the time of day everyone waits for: breakfast in the mountains! A rich buffet featuring homemade cakes, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and a wide selection of local products awaits you. You'll be able to choose from sweet as well as savory treats to start your day off right.
Restaurant
It all starts with a beautiful buffet of appetizers and seasonal vegetables from our land. Afterwards, the kitchen offers a choice of 4 first and 4 second courses served at the table... then, the meal ends with a homemade dessert. Among the options, there are always specialties from Trentino and some vegetarian dishes.
One evening a week, we organize an exclusive dinner featuring traditional specialties from Trentino accompanied by a live band.
During the summer season, we also treat our guests to a beautiful culinary adventure in the midst of nature. We move a few kilometers away from the hotel for our much-appreciated cookout barbecue in the middle of the woods: a weekly event not to be missed!

At Hotel Domina Parco dello Stelvio, we give the option of requesting other dishes than the ones on the menu, catering to the tastes and dietary needs of all guests. Our kitchen offers delicious options for people with celiac disease, lactose intolerance and fans of the vegan diet. Even for children, simple and wholesome dishes such as pasta with tomato sauce, rice, breaded cutlet, grilled escalope... are always available.
